The following terms and conditions form part of the Services Order.

The client must present with the order of services sent by email, the, pay before the removal of the clothes. Also before withdrawing, you must sign the rental agreement.

The customer will receive the previously reserved pieces and will be able to choose to rent or buy other pieces or accessories by paying the corresponding values.

  • Loss or damages: In case of minor damages, the client will pay the cost of the arrangement.
    If you lose a piece or the damage is great, the customer will take the damaged piece and pay the replacement value of it.

MAKALU SKI CLOTHING RENTAL provides sports clothing rental for winter sports, with reservation through its website, which will be collected at the place with the reservation confirmation.

Article 2: Making available and returning the rental equipment – Rental period

The clothes can be collected the day before the first day of the rental period after 4:00 p.m. and it is returned at the end of the last day of the rental period or the next morning before 10:00. For reservations made less than 48 hours in advance, Makalu will do everything possible to have the equipment available, but this can not be guaranteed in all cases.

Important: Rented pieces become the sole responsibility of the customers as soon as they are collected by them. The customer must guarantee their conservation and must use it with due care at all times.

In the case of delay in the withdrawal of rented equipment, the client must inform Makalu as soon as possible, leaving the equipment reserved for the customer for 24 hours. Once this term has expired, the equipment will be available for rent again, without compensation for the customer.

The non-return of the rented equipment, regardless of the reason, enables Makalu to invoice to the client the total value of the equipment at the retail price, as well as the rental cost.

Article 3: Use of the contracted equipment

The clothes of rent are only for personal use of the client. No possibility of sublease or loan is allowed, including free use by third parties.

All rental equipment is in good condition and will be returned as such. Any wrong, regardless of the cause, will require direct payment for the cost of repair or replacement at the replacement price of the new equipment, as well as the rental cost.
